Our Rules
And finally here are our rules
- Dates can be changed 45 days before the wedding as long as the other date is available
- Cancelation Fees = The empty venue rental amount but decorations and Catering fees to be fully refunded ONLY 31 days before the wedding
- Fees Can Be Paid On Maximum 4 Installments Free of Charge
- Those prices Were Made on a USD Price = 50 EGP in case of any price increase in USD price more than 60 EGP then the unpaid Part will have an increase equals the difference in USD price
- Our Operation Time till 1 AM , WE can stay till 4 AM for Extra 12,000
- 15,000 Deposit Should be Paid as guarantee for the place safety and corkage downpayment
- The Event Owner is fully responsible of his guests behavior
- Rooms To be Delivered by 10AM
- Preforms , Artists , Singers, Dancers , Fire Works , Drones Have Permits we should be informed at least 2 weeks before the event to make it ready or it will be reduced from the deposit
- No Generators , Sound System , Performers , Fireworks are allowed to be brought from outside suppliers on any conditions
- 100 EGP is the Parking Entry Fees For every car in case you want it to be free a Fees of 10,000 EGP to be paid
- in case of empty venue rental a fee of 10,000 applies on wedding planner and 10,000 on catering from outside
