Date Change

• Event dates may be changed up to 45 days before the wedding, subject to availability of the new date.

Cancellation Policy

• The empty venue rental fee is non-refundable.
• Decoration and catering fees are fully refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 31 days prior to the wedding date.

Payment Terms

• Fees may be paid in a maximum of four (4) installments free of charge.
• A 2% late payment fee will be applied to the installment value for every 7 days of delay.

Currency Adjustment Clause

• Prices are based on an exchange rate of 1 USD = 45 EGP.
• If the USD exchange rate exceeds 55 EGP, any unpaid balance will be adjusted to reflect the difference.

Venue Operating Hours

• Venue operating hours are until 1:00 AM.
• Extended use until 4:00 AM is available for an additional fee of 12,000 EGP.

General Rules

• For empty venue reservation, a deposit of 20,000 EGP is required as a guarantee for venue safety and as a corkage downpayment
• Corckage Fees are 500/ Bottle or 25,000 For unlimited number of bottles .
• Event owner/host is fully responsible for the behavior of all guests.
• Rooms & suites will be  delivered by 10:00 AM.
• Performers (artists, singers, dancers, etc.), as well as fireworks, drones, or other special effects, require permits.
• The venue must be informed at least two (2) weeks prior to the event to arrange the necessary approvals. Failure to comply will result in deductions from the security deposit.
• Bringing in generators and sound systems from external suppliers is strictly prohibited under all circumstances
• Parking entry fees are 100 EGP per car.
• If complimentary parking is required, an additional 10,000 EGP fee applies.
• For empty venue rentals, an additional fee of 10,000 EGP applies for wedding planners and another 10,000 EGP for catering services brought from outside.
